Part I - LIMITED WARRANTY

What is Covered

All quality-related defects on items sold directly by iGarden or iGarden’s authorized resellers are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase. Warranties on replacements will follow the same warranty timeframe as the original defective item or 90 days, whichever is longer.
For quality-related warranty claims, iGarden will, at its sole discretion, provide one or more of the following solutions:

  • Provide a brand-new unit.
  • Provide replacement parts.
  • Repair the product.

Products that are out of warranty are eligible for paid repair services.

What Does Not Cover

  • Non quality-related issues after the return period has passed.
  • Damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow the user manual.
  • Damage caused by external sources.
  • Repairs or maintenance performed by unauthorized third parties.
  • Malfunctions caused by the use of non-specified accessories.
  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
  • Lost or stolen products.
  • Free products.
  • Items that have exceeded their warranty period.
  • Items taken outside the country of purchase.

Limitation of Liability

  • When receiving service, iGarden is responsible for loss or damage to your product only while it is in iGarden's possession or in transit, if iGarden is responsible for transportation.
  • iGarden is not responsible for the loss or disclosure of any data contained in the product.

Part II - WARRANTY

Warranty Process

  • The buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase.
  • The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof of the defect are required.
  • iGarden will attempt to diagnose and resolve the issue by phone, email, or online chat. The troubleshooting steps will be documented.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, it may be necessary to return the item for quality inspection. iGarden will arrange repair or replacement service at no cost if the issue is covered by this limited warranty.

Eligibility

To qualify for the Replacement-Only Policy, the following conditions must apply:

  • The product must be purchased directly from iGarden’s official website or Amazon iGarden Direct store.
  • The product must be covered by the iGarden Limited Warranty Policy, due to manufacturing defects, quality issues, or other unrecoverable malfunctions that affect performance.

Not Covered

The following situations are not covered under the Replacement-Only Policy:

  • Situations out of iGarden Limited Warranty Policy.
  • Normal wear and tear of machine and consumable parts.

Part IV - FCC COMPLIANCE STATEMENT

FCC Caution

Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:

  • This device may not cause harmful interference, and

  • This device may not cause interference; and
  • This device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of the device.
