Activity Rules & Description
Please carefully read and confirm that you understand and agree to abide by the following terms and rules before participating:
I. Participation Eligibility
- Users registering for the on-site experience activity must be at least 18 years old and reside in a designated US service city (specific cities subject to official website announcement).
- The user's experience site must meet the following conditions:
- Water Source Condition: The home swimming pool must be at least 3m x 5m (10 feet x 16 feet). The water depth must be >50cm (20 inches), with a recommended depth of 100–250cm (40–100 inches). A rectangular pool is recommended for optimal device presentation.
- Infrastructure: Stable power supply (220V/110V), Wi-Fi or 4G/5G network coverage.
II. Booking & Verification
- Registration Method: Users must submit authentic information (legal name, contact details, address, preferred time slot, and product of interest) via the activity landing page and successfully complete the activity booking.
- Verification & Confirmation: We will send a "Booking Confirmation Letter" via email. Please check your email and verify the submitted information for accuracy. Contact customer service to amend any incorrect information.
III. Experience Requirements & Liabilities
- Safety Assurance:
- Users must clear debris from the experience area and ensure the ground is dry.
- Users must relocate children and pets to a non-experience area in advance.
- Operation Standards:
- Users must strictly follow the Experience Specialist's guidance and the experience product's user manual.
- Unauthorized operation of the experience product and equipment is prohibited.
- All experience products and equipment are the property of iGarden. Disassembly, modification, or attempted repair is forbidden. Users shall compensate for the full value in case of damage or loss.
- Liability Allocation & Disclaimer:
- You acknowledge and understand that the product may pose risks during the experience period due to improper operation or uncontrollable factors, and you agree to assume reasonable usage risks during the experience.
- Users shall bear all liability for personal injury or property damage resulting from user violations of operating procedures or issues with the user's experience site.
- Losses caused by equipment quality issues shall be repaired or compensated for by the activity organizer.
- To the extent permitted by law, the company shall not be liable for compensation for interruption, damage, or failure to achieve expected results of the product experience arising from force majeure, user breach, or site factors.
IV. Experience Process
- Identity Verification: The Experience Specialist will wear customized work attire and carry the "Booking Confirmation Letter." Users should verify this before granting access to the experience area.
- Agreement Signing: Users must sign the "On-site Experience Agreement" (including Experience Requirements & Liability clauses, and Privacy & Data sections) together with the Experience Specialist.
- Experience Session:
- Brand and product highlights introduction
- Safety training: Usage prohibitions, emergency fault handling procedures
- Product demonstration and hands-on operation
- Q&A and scenario application suggestions
- Discount explanation and purchase guidance
V. Discounts & Purchase
- Experience Benefits: The entire experience is free, with no mandatory consumption or deposit required.
- Exclusive Discounts:
- Orders placed immediately or within the activity period are eligible for a maximum 25% direct discount (non-stackable with other promotions).
- The official website price applies after the activity period.
VI. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- User Rescheduling: Booking changes must be requested by contacting customer service (email: Support@igarden.ai or phone: +1-888-880-3320) at least 2 working days in advance. Rescheduled times will be arranged based on actual booking availability.
- Special Circumstances: If the experience activity requires adjustment due to force majeure (e.g., weather, transportation), a new time slot will be negotiated with you within 48 hours prior to the scheduled experience.
- Limitation: Each user is limited to one free experience opportunity.
VII. Privacy & Data
- User information will only be used for activity services and post-experience follow-ups. It will be stored encrypted and periodically purged.
- Users agree that the activity organizer may capture materials (photos/videos) during the experience for internal training or promotion. External use will require additional written consent from the user.

VIII. Disputes & Right of Interpretation
- Matters not covered in these activity rules shall be subject to the on-site explanation and the provisions of the "On-site Experience Agreement."
- The organizer, iGarden, reserves the final right to interpret and adjust the activity terms.
